摘要
磷酸酯酶与张力蛋白同源物(phosphatase and tensin homolog,PTEN)基因是染色体10q23.3上一个强有力的肿瘤抑制基因,在维持细胞的增殖、分化和凋亡平衡中起重要作用。PTEN的缺失、突变或失活与肿瘤的发生、发展关系密切。大量研究表明,PTEN信号改变了免疫系统和肿瘤之间的相互作用,导致免疫抑制和肿瘤逃逸。本文就PTEN基因与黑色素瘤免疫逃逸研究的相关进展作一综述。
Phosphatase and tensin homolog(PTEN)gene is a powerful tumor suppressor gene on chromosome 10q23.3.It plays an important role in maintaining the balance of cell proliferation,differentiation and apoptosis.The deletion,mutation or inactivation of PTEN is closely related to the occurrence and development of tumors.A large number of studies had shown that the interaction between immune system and the tumor can be changed by PTEN signaling,which leads to immunosuppression and tumor escape.This review aims to summarize the research progress on PTEN gene and immune escape of melanoma.
