菟丝子和寄主互作的生物学研究进展 被引量:7

Research Progress on Biological Interaction between Cuscuta and Their Host Plants

摘要 菟丝子属是寄生植物中最具多样性和挑战性的类群,寄生范围极广泛,包括蔬菜、农作物以及牧草等,属于恶性寄生杂草,给农业和畜牧业造成了严重危害。对菟丝子的生活特性、菟丝子与寄主植物的互作生理学和分子生物学以及两者间的寄生关系进行了详细综述,并对目前存在的问题及今后的研究趋势进行了展望。 Cuscuta is the most diverse and challenging groups of parasitic plants. Their wide host range includes vegetables, crops, and pastures. Additionally, it is a malignant parasitic weed that causes serious damage to agriculture and livestock industries. Cuscuta and their hosts exchange a wide range of energy, materials, and systemic signals. On one hand, Cuscuta must obtain all water and nutrients needed for growth and development from their hosts through the haustoria. On the other hand, Cuscuta-host plants transfer or exchange proteins, mRNA, and secondary metabolites. The unidirectional or bidirectional cellular exchanges of these substances play an important role in the parasitic process of Cuscuta which regulate its growth and development. Therefore, a systematic understanding of the interaction between Cuscuta and its host will provide important theoretical guidance for the breeding of Cuscuta-resistant plants. This paper reviewed the biological characteristics of Cuscuta, molecular biology, the interaction of physiology and parasitic relationship in Cuscuta-host plants. Furthermore, the current problems and future research trends are also discussed.
