摘要
超级电容具有功率密度大、充放电速度快、循环寿命长等特点。为经济有效地提升深度调峰下火电机组一次调频响应能力,本文提出了一种超级电容辅助优化一次调频方案。基于目前电网调频需求以及机组调频能力,分析机组所需要的超级电容功率以及容量。结果表明:通过合理的电容选择与连接控制,可以实现主蒸汽调节阀的运行开度进一步提高,机组煤耗降低1.0 g/(kW·h)左右,节能收益显著,4.3年可收回成本。本文技术可应用于火电机组一次调频优化及提高机组灵活性等技术改造项目。
Super capacitor is an energy storage device with high power density,fast charging and discharging speed and long cycle life.Aiming to effectively and economically improve the responsiveness of primary frequency modulation of thermal power unit under deep peaking,the scheme of primary frequency modulation technology of super capacitor assistant is proposed.Based on the current demand of power grid frequency modulation and primary frequency modulation capability of the power units,the power and capacity of super capacitor needed by unit are analyzed.The result shows that,through reasonable selection,connection and control,the operation opening of main steam regulating valve can be increased further,and the coal consumption can reduce by about 1.0 g/(kW·h).The economic benefit is considerable,and the project investment can be recovered within 4.3 years.The super capacitor aided technology in this study can be applied to the optimization of primary frequency modulation of thermal power units and the technological transformation projects of improving the flexibility of thermal power units.
