摘要 针对单相正弦波逆变器灵活性差、效率低、噪声大的问题,本设计实现了基于FPGA的输出频率、输出电压可调的单相并网电源。利用串联谐振软开关技术,使前级DC-DC升压整流电路的开关管工作在软开关条件下,克服高频工作环境下开关管损耗大的缺点,提高系统效率。利用型号为EP3C16F484C6的FPGA产生可调SPWM波,来驱动后级DC-AC逆变电路的开关管,实现输出频率、输出幅度可调,提高系统灵活性。制作了样机,测试了在输入为24 V直流电平的情况下,输出为稳定的50 Hz、220 Vrms单相正弦波,满载输出功率达到1 kW,可以作为新能源电源的逆变电路,在不同电网标准下为中小型用电器供电。 In view of the problems of low flexibility,low efficiency and high noise of single-phase sine wave inverter,this design realizes the single-phase grid connected power supply with adjustable output frequency and output voltage based on FPGA.By using the technology of series resonant soft switch,the switch tube of the former DC-DC boost rectifier circuit works under the condition of soft switch,which overcomes the defect of large switch tube loss under the high frequency working environment and improves the system efficiency.Using the FPGA of EP3C16F484C6 to generate the adjustable SPWM wave,it can drive the switch of the later DC-AC inverter circuit,realize the adjustable output frequency and output amplitude,and improve the flexibility of the system.The prototype is made and tested,when the input is 24 VDC level,the output is stable 50 Hz,220 vrms single-phase sine wave,and the full load output power reaches 1 kW.It can be used as the inverter circuit of new energy power supply and power supply for small and medium-sized electrical appliances under different grid standards.
