摘要
垫片厚度是影响汽车变速箱装配质量的关键因素。针对传统手工选垫方法已经不能适应现代化生产对变速箱装配精度和效率的需求,设计了一款汽车变速箱垫片全自动装配系统,该系统运用相对测量原理,完成垫片的自动准确测量,并利用机械手装置实现汽车变速箱垫片的自动装配。实际装配结果表明,该系统满足轴承预紧力的要求,效率得到了提高,完全满足厂家的生产要求。
The thickness of gasket is the key factor that affects the quality of automobile gearbox assembly.For the traditional manual pad selection method,it can not meet the requirements of modern production for accuracy and efficiency.A full automatic assembly system of automobile transmission box gasket is designed in this paper.This system completes the automatic and accurate measurement of gaskets by means of relative measurement principle.It realizes automatic assembly of automobile transmission box gasket by the mechanical hand.The actual assembly results show that the device can meet the requirements of bearing preload and efficiency increased greatly.The device can meet the manufacturer's production requirements fully.
