摘要
针对小型流水线货物分拣和搬运的场合,设计一种结合图像识别的Arduino轻量型智能机械臂控制系统。该系统以Arduino作为主控制器,采用MATLAB开发PC人机界面,通过图像处理程序提取目标二维码或字符信息,控制工业伺服电机和舵机实现机械臂运动和抓取。实验结果表明该方案稳定可靠,使用方便,具有一定的实际应用前景。
For small-scale assembly production line goods sorting and handling,the control system for intelligent manipulator based on Arduino with image processing is designed.This research implement Arduino as the main controller of the system,which developed a Human-Machine Interface(HMI)based on Matlab,extracted the QR code or text information by image processing,and realized the movement of the manipulator by controlling the industrial servo motor and steering gear.
