摘要
设计了一款加强型共面蜂窝,通过采用数值仿真分析的方法对该蜂窝的面内压缩行为进行了数值模拟。并且通过模具制造了加强型共面蜂窝与普通蜂窝的试验件,通过准静态压缩试验对比了两种蜂窝的吸能特性,并且验证了仿真手段的可靠性。仿真和实验结果表明,该类型加强型蜂窝吸能特性能比普通蜂窝共面方向压缩有很大提升。
An enhanced coplanar honeycomb is designed and the in-plane compression behavior of the honeycomb is simulated by numerical simulation in this paper.In addition,the test parts of strengthened coplanar honeycomb and ordinary honeycomb are made by means of molds.The energy absorption characteristics of the two kinds of honeycomb are compared by quasi-static compression test,and the reliability of the simulation method is verified.The simulation and experimental results show that the enhanced honeycomb energy absorption characteristics can be greatly improved than the ordinary honeycomb coplanar compression.
