摘要
DBD放电参数的测量对于提高DBD电路放电效率有着重要的作用。目前,Lissajous图形测量法凭借其精确的测量以及简便的操作而被广泛使用。通过对传统的Lissajous图形测量法及其发展情况进行概述,分析了他们的优点与不足,提出了Lissajous图形测量法的发展方向。
The measurement of DBD discharge parameters plays an important role in improving the discharge efficiency of the DBD circuit.At present,the Lissajous-Figure measurement method is widely used for its accurate measurement and simple operation.This paper analyzes their advantages and disadvantages through an overview of the traditional Lissajous-Figure measurement method and its development,and proposes the development direction of the Lissajous-Figure measurement method.
