摘要
“8S”管理是企业科学有效的现场管理理念与方法,与高职校内实训基地推行的开放式管理高度契合。将“8S”应用到高职校内实训基地开放式管理,应做好宣传、统一思想;制定有效的管理制度与实施细则;明确实训管理职能;建立可行的奖惩制度与完善的考核办法。从点滴做起,多层面、多角度规范学生的行为习惯与学习习惯,促使开放落到实处,促进学生职业技能和培养职业精神高度融合,切实实现培养高素质技能型人才的目标。
"8S"management is a scientific and effective on-site management concept and method of enterprises,which is highly consistent with the implementation of open management in the training base of vocational colleges.Many measures adhere to the concept in the management process:doing a good job in publicity and unity of thought,formulating effective management system and implementation details,clarifying the training management function,establishing feasible reward and punishment system and perfecting assessment methods.Starting from a little bit,we should standardize students'behavior habits and learning habits from multiple levels and angles,promote the implementation of opening,the close integration of students'professional skills and spirit,and effectively achieve the goal of training high-quality skilled professionals.
