摘要
溴化锂(LiBr)吸收式制冷机已有几十年的发展历程,其技术也已较成熟,但国内首次用于CO2吸收液(胺液)的热量回收利用,即表现出较好的节能减排效果。本文从温度热能交换控制、自动启停控制和安全保护控制三个方面介绍了该装置控制系统的研究及开发,尤其是对热能交换控制原理进行了详细的描述,通过工艺热力计算,先假定理想状态进行热力平衡的计算,然后进行建模转换成计算机程序可实现的算法。在实际应用中采用了一套西门子S7-300 PLC,现场开车运行效果良好。
Lithium bromide(LiBr)Absorption type refrigerating machine develops for decades.It is more mature,but for the first time in China it used for heat recycling of CO2 absorption liquid(amine),shows good effect of energy saving and emission reduction.This article introduces the control system research and development via heat exchange temperature control、automatic start-stop control and safety protection,especially for heat exchange control principle are described in detail.Through the process of thermodynamic calculation,firstly,the ideal state is assumed to calculate thermodynamic equilibrium.Then the model is transformed into an algorithm is assumed that can be realized by computer program.In practical application,by using a set of Siemens S7-300 PLC,the field operation effect is good.
