摘要 皮革喷涂是皮革生产过程中的一道关键工序。皮革喷涂质量的好坏对皮革制品的外观与质量有很大的影响。本文设计一款基于单片机的全自动皮革喷涂机,此喷涂机可以对不同形状的皮革进行最优化喷浆,并能按工艺要求改变喷浆厚度,保证均匀喷涂。实践证明全自动喷涂机与传统手工喷涂相比,每一千平方英尺节约涂料30%。 Leather spraying is a key process in leather production.The quality of leather spraying has a great influence on the appearance and quality of leather produces.In this paper,a fully automatic leather spraying machine based micro control system is designed.This spraying machine can optimize the spraying of different shapes of leather.It can also change the thickness of grouting according to the technological requirements to ensure uniform spraying.Practice proves that automatic spraying machine is better than traditional manual spraying machine,Save 30%of paint per 1,000 square feet.
