中职学校德育教师应不断提高自己的素养,牢记初心,践行使命。文章分析教师的“初心和使命”,指出中职德育教师应具有更高的师德修养和教育情怀,具有更高的政治素养,具有更全面的德育专业知识素养,并对中职德育教师如何“不忘初心、牢记使命”进行了探讨。
