艾条灸联合布地奈德混悬液干预小儿哮喘缓解期的疗效及对血清ET-1、NO水平的影响

Therapeutic Efficacy of Moxa Stick Moxibustion Combined with Budesonide Suspension Intervening Remission-stage Asthma in Kids and Its Effects on the Serum ET-1 and NO Levels

目的观察艾条灸联合布地奈德混悬液干预小儿哮喘缓解期的疗效及可能作用机制。方法将60例小儿哮喘缓解期患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组予布地奈德混悬液治疗,观察组在此基础上另予艾条灸。两组均治疗2个月。治疗前后检测患者第1秒用力呼气量(forced expiratory volume in one second,FEV1)、最大呼气流量(peak expiratory flow,PEF)指标,评定儿童哮喘控制测试量表(childhood-asthma control test,C-ACT)评分,测定血清内皮素-1(endothelin-1,ET-1)、一氧化氮(nitric oxide,NO)水平。治疗结束后随访半年,记录半年内两组患者哮喘发作次数及上呼吸道感染次数。结果两组治疗后FEV1、PEF均明显升高(P<0.05),且观察组FEV1、PEF明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后C-ACT评分较治疗前均明显升高(P<0.05),且观察组C-ACT评分高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗结束后半年内,观察组哮喘发作次数及上呼吸道感染次数明显少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后血清ET-1、NO水平明显降低(P<0.05),且低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论艾条灸联合布地奈德混悬液干预小儿哮喘缓解期可明显改善患者的肺功能,有效控制哮喘发作,这可能与其调节血清ET-1、NO水平相关。

Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacy of mild moxibustion combined with Budesonide suspension intervening remission-stage asthma in kids and its possible action mechanism.Method Sixty patients were randomized into a control group and an observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given Budesonide suspension,while the observation group was given additional mild moxibustion.The treatment lasted for 2 months in both groups.Before and after treatment,the forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1)and the peak expiratory flow(PEF)were tested,the Childhood-Asthma Control Test(C-ACT)was scored,and the levels of serum endothelin-1(ET-1)and nitric oxide(NO)were determined.When the treatment finished,the patients were followed up for half a year to record the numbers of asthma attack and upper respiratory tract infection in the two groups.Result The FEV1 and PEF increased significantly after treatment in the two groups(P<0.05),and were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05);the C-ACT score increased significantly after treatment in the two groups(P<0.05),and was higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05);during the half a year after the treatment,the numbers of asthma attack and upper respiratory tract infection were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of serum ET-1 and NO declined significantly in the observation group(P<0.05),and were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Mild moxibustion plus Budesonide suspension can notably improve the pulmonary function and effectively control the attack of asthma in intervening remission-stage asthma in kids,which may be associated with its regulation on the levels of serum ET-1 and NO.
