穴位埋线联合丙戊酸钠治疗全身强直-阵挛发作型癫痫疗效及安全性观察

Efficacy and Safety Observation of Acupoint Thread-embedding Combined with Sodium Valproate for Generalized Tonic-clonic Seizures

目的观察穴位埋线联合丙戊酸钠治疗全身强直-阵挛发作型癫痫(GTCS)疗效及安全性。方法将86例GTCS患者随机分为穴位埋线联合丙戊酸钠组(观察组,43例)和单用丙戊酸钠组(对照组,43例)。治疗3个月后评估疗效,比较两组治疗前后癫痫计分和3个月内癫痫发作频率,于治疗前及治疗3个月后,评估两组生活质量[癫痫患者生活质量评定量表(QOLIE-31)]及不良反应情况。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗3个月后,两组癫痫计分均显著降低(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组QOLIE-31评分均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组3个月内发作频率及不良反应比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论穴位埋线联合丙戊酸钠治疗GTCS疗效显著,可显著改善患者生活质量,且安全性良好。

Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of acupoint thread-embedding combined with Sodium valproate in treating generalized tonic-clonic seizures(GTCS).Method Eighty-six GTCS patients were randomized into an acupoint thread-embedding plus Sodium valproate group(observation group,43 cases)and a single Sodium valproate group(control group,43 cases).The therapeutic efficacy was evaluated after 3-month treatment.The epilepsy score was compared before and after treatment between the two groups,as well as the attack frequency of epilepsy attack during the three months.Before and after the 3-month treatment,the quality of life[Quality of Life in Epilepsy Inventory-31(QOLIE-31)]and adverse reactions in the two groups were assessed.Result The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);after 3-month treatment,the epilepsy score dropped significantly in both groups,and was lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05);the QOLIE-31 score increased after treatment in the two groups,and was higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05);there were no significant differences in the attack frequency and adverse reactions between the two groups during the three months(P>0.05).Conclusion Acupoint thread-embedding plus Sodium valproate can produce significant efficacy in treating GTCS.It can markedly improve the patients’quality of life with satisfactory safety evaluation.
