穴位注射对脑性瘫痪伴认知障碍患者运动和认知功能的影响

Effects of Acupoint Injection on Motor and Cognitive Functions in Cerebral Palsy Patients with Mental Retardation

目的观察复方麝香注射液穴位注射治疗脑性瘫痪伴认知障碍患者的临床疗效及作用机制。方法将60例脑性瘫痪伴认知障碍患者按就诊顺序分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组给予中西医综合康复治疗,观察组在此基础上给予复方麝香注射液穴位注射治疗,治疗3个疗程后应用粗大运动功能评估量表(GMFM)、Gesell发育量表和经颅多普勒脑血管超声检查仪(TCD)评价临床疗效。结果两组治疗后GMFM和Gesell发育量表评分均有提高(P<0.01),观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者大脑前动脉(ACA)、大脑中动脉(MCA)和大脑后动脉(PCA)血流速度(VP)值均有明显改善(P<0.01),观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在综合康复治疗基础上,复方麝香注射液穴位注射能有效改善脑性瘫痪伴认知障碍患者的大脑血液流变学指标,从而促进患者运动功能和智力水平提高,改善患者的生存质量。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupoint injection of compound Shexiang injection in improving the motor and cognitive functions in cerebral palsy patients with cognitive dysfunction and its action mechanism.Method Sixty cerebral palsy patients with cognitive dysfunction were divided into a control group and an observation group by their visiting sequence,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given comprehensive rehabilitation treatment of Chinese and Western medicine,based on which the observation group was given acupoint injection of compound Shexiang injection.Clinical efficacy was evaluated after 3 treatment courses using the Gross Motor Function Measure(GMFM),Gesell Developmental Schedule and transcranial Doppler(TCD).Result The scores of GMFM and Gesell Developmental Schedule increased after treatment in both groups(P<0.01),and were higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05);the peak velocities(VP)of the anterior cerebral arteries(ACA),middle cerebral arteries(MCA)and posterior cerebral arteries(PCA)improved significantly in both groups(P<0.01),and were better in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint injection of compound Shexiang injection can effectively improve the hemorheology indexes of brain in cerebral palsy patients with cognitive dysfunction,so as to promote the increase in the motor function and intelligence level and enhance the quality of life.
