摘要
邻苯二甲酸二-2-乙基己酯(DEHP)作为一种工业增塑剂被广泛应用于塑料制品的制备过程。DEHP可对雄性动物生殖系统造成不同程度的生殖损伤,通过增强氧化应激诱导生精细胞凋亡,直接或间接损伤睾丸间质和支持细胞;DEHP抗雄激素作用可造成睾酮分泌不足进而影响垂体性腺轴负反馈作用,并直接影响生殖相关细胞内各种酶类的活性以及造成DNA损伤。DEHP已被多个国家列为一种可能对人体造成生殖损害的环境内分泌干扰物。然而,关于DEHP引起雄性生殖损伤的作用机制尚不完全清楚,尤其是在不同剂量和混合暴露的情况下造成雄性生殖系统发育异常仍缺乏大量毒理学和流行病学研究。
As an industrial plasticizer,di(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate(DEHP)is widely used in the preparation of plastic products.DEHP can cause different degrees of reproductive damage to the male reproductive system.DEHP can directly or indirectly damage testicular stroma and sertoli cells by inducing the apoptosis of spermatogenic cells from enhancing oxidative stress;the antiandrogen effect of DEHP can cause insufficient testosterone secretion and affect the negative feedback effect of pituitary gonadal axis,and directly affect the activity of various enzymes in reproductive related cells and cause DNA damage.DEHP has been listed as an environmental endocrine disruptor which may cause reproductive damage in many countries.However,the mechanism of DEHP inducing male reproductive damage is not fully understood,especially in the cases of different doses and mixed exposure,a large number of toxicological and epidemiological studies are still lacking.
