摘要
肝脏是人体的代谢中心,是体内最重要脏器之一,有关肝脏疾病及功能的研究一直是分子影像学研究的热点。分子影像学作为当代最具发展潜能的前沿学科,是医学研究及成果转化的重要平台。分子影像学检查技术普遍具有靶向性好、直观、可重复性强、反映信息全面等特点,而磁共振成像(MRI)作为功能成像的代表,近年来发展极其迅速。随着仪器设备的不断更新换代、后处理软件的升级以及新型造影剂的研发等,MRI在肝脏疾病的诊断、鉴别诊断、功能评价等方面的应用越来越广泛。
Liver is the metabolic center and one of the most important organs in the human body.Researches on function and disease of liver have been hot spots in molecular imaging.As the most potential discipline in present,molecular imaging is an important platform for medical research and the achievement transformation.Technology of molecular imaging generally has the characteristics such as good targeting,directly perceivable,repeatable,and comprehensive reflection.Recently,magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)as the representative of functional imaging has been developing exceedingly rapidly.With the continuous updating of the equipment,the upgrading of post-processing software and the development of new contrast agents,MRI has been applied widely,especially in the diagnosis,differential diagnosis and functional evaluation of liver diseases.
