摘要
《世界癌症报告》2020版在介绍全球癌症最新发病和死亡趋势变化的基础上,重点总结了过去5年中,不同社会经济发展水平地区人群通过减少已知环境致癌因素暴露来预防肺癌、肝癌、胃癌、宫颈癌等的效果和尚存问题,并提出了改进建议。同时,依据癌症病因学研究进展,提出了通过癌前病变筛查、使用分子标志物、激素阻断干预等手段,对环境致癌因素不明确的乳腺癌、结肠癌、胰腺癌等进行预防的可能性进行了展望。
World Cancer Report 2020 is a book published by WHO-International Agency for Research on Cancer.With a brief introd uction on the latest trends in cancer incidence and mortality worldwide,this report mainly describes multiple aspects of cancer prevention and its inequality between countries with different socioeconomic development levels during the past 5 years.Multiple suggestions are provided to improve the efficiency of cancer prevention in different countries,including:prevention of lung,liver,stomach,and cervical cancers through decreasing the exposure of known human environmental carcinogens;and possible strategies to intervent cancer development in the breast,colon,and pancreas without known environmental carcinogens through early detection of precancerous diseases,employment of novel biomarkers,and anti-hormone therapy,according to recent achievements on cancer research.
