摘要
肠道菌群是一个与人体共生的复杂微生态,与人体健康密切相关。近年来,随着免疫检查点的发现,肿瘤免疫治疗得到了快速的发展,在黑色素瘤、非小细胞肺癌等瘤种的治疗中呈现出了显著的效果。越来越多的研究表明,肠道菌群可能在肿瘤的免疫治疗中具有促进疗效、减少不良反应等作用。本文回顾了肠道菌群与肿瘤免疫治疗关系的研究进展,并提出了目前研究中存在的不足与展望,旨在帮助研究者们更全面地理解肠道菌群与肿瘤免疫治疗之间的关系,并为未来的研究提供思路。
Gut microbiota is a complex microecology symbiosis with human body,and is closely related to human health.In recent years,with the discovery of immune checkpoint,tumor immunotherapy has been developed rapidly,showing significant effect in the treatment of melanoma,non-small cell lung cancer and other tumor types.A growing number of studies have shown that gut microbiota may play a role in promoting therapeutic effect and reducing adverse reactions in tumor immunotherapy.This paper summarized the research progress of the relationship between gut microbiota and tumor immunotherapy,and put forward the shortcomings and prospects in the current research.Aiming to help researchers better understand the relationship between gut microbiota and tumor immunotherapy,and to provide ideas for future research.
