摘要
高等教育国际化发展要耦合微观、中观和宏观三重逻辑,寻求内向和外向国际化问题的解决路径,实现人员、项目、机构的有效流动与共建,构建更具活力的高等教育国际化体系。在微观层面,应加强理念变革,提升高校国际化办学活力;在中观层面,应注重资源整合,形成区域高等教育国际化办学合力;在宏观层面,应高屋建瓴,助推高等教育国际化办学效力。三重逻辑协同推进是逐步提升国际化办学活力、办学合力与办学效力的系统过程。
For the purpose of the internationalized development of higher education,we should combine such triple logics of micro,meso and macro logics to seek the solutions to the problems of inward and outward internationalization,realize the effective flow and co-construction of personnel,projects and institutions,and build a more dynamic internationalization system of higher education.At the micro level,we should strengthen the innovation of ideas and enhance the vitality of internationalization of higher education;at the meso level,we should pay attention to the integration of resources and build the joint forces of internationalization of regional higher education;at the macro level,we should promote the effectiveness of internationalization of higher education in a strategically advantageous way.The triple-logic collaborative promotion is a systematic process to gradually enhance the vitality,joint force and effectiveness of internationalized education.
