摘要
医学专业学位硕士研究生招生考试是保障国家医疗卫生人才质量的关键环节,在考试内容与形式,上应当凸显人才选拔要求。对发达国家医学研究生教育评价中的行为社会学视域进行研究分析,结合我国医学专业学位硕士研究生招生考试现状,建立知识维度Ⅰ、能力维度Ⅱ、行为社会学维度Ⅲ的三维综合评价模式,为医学专业学位硕士研究生招生考试改革提供新思维。
The postgraduate entrance examination for medical degree is the key link to ensure the quality of national medical and health professionals,and the requirements of talent selection should be highlighted in the content and form of the examination.This paper studies and analyzes the behavioral sociology perspective in the education evaluation of medical postgraduates in the developed countries,establishes a three-dimensional comprehensive evaluation model of knowledge dimensionⅠ,ability dimensionⅡand behavior society dimensionⅢin combination with the current situation of enrollment examination of medical postgraduates in China,and provides new thinking for the enrollment examination reform of medical postgraduates.
