摘要
非教学因素对学生评教分数的影响成为目前争论的焦点,基于元分析的结论对此问题进行了调查。异质性检验、发表偏倚检验和Meta回归分析结果表明,教师性别对评教分数没有影响,教师职称、教师年龄、教师学历、学生年级和班级人数对评教分数有微弱影响,学生年级和教师职称对评教分数的影响相对较大。基于以上结论,未来研究应挖掘非教学因素影响学生评教分数的调节变量,加强学生评教分数的应用研究,扩展学生评教能力的研究内容。
The influence of non-teaching factors on the scores of students'evaluation of teaching has become the focus of debate.Based on the meta-analysis conclusion,this paper answers this question.The results of heterogeneity test,publication-bias test and meta-regression analysis show that the gender of teachers has no effect on the evaluation scores,and the title,the age and the educational background of teachers,the grade of students and the number of classes have a weak effect on the evaluation scores,and the grade of students and the title of teachers have a relatively great effect on the evaluation scores.Based on the above conclusion,we should explore the adjustment variables of non-teaching factors affecting students’evaluation scores in the future research,strengthen the application research of students'evaluation scores,and expand the research content of students'evaluation ability.
