摘要 教学绩效评估从传统上下级评价发展到当前的多元化主体评估,其中的学生评教是从教学对象的角度给予直观综合评价,是绩效评估管理的重要内容。然而在具体实践中,学生评教因标准不一存在主客观矛盾,因多元要素影响存在片面评价趋向,因地位较低存在成果运用不足的问题,因样本选取不科学存在评估不精准的问题。现阶段教学绩效评估应当以最容易入手的学生评教为切入点,内部要立足全面合理,科学优化学生评教机制,外部要立足综合统筹,不断扩大学生评教的影响力,内外兼顾,切实提高教学绩效评估水平。 Teaching performance evaluation has developed from the traditional superior and subordinate evaluation to the current diversified subject evaluation, in which students’ evaluation of teaching is an intuitive and comprehensive evaluation from the perspective of teaching objects and is an important part of performance evaluation management. However, in practice, there are subjective and objective contradictions in students’ evaluation of teaching due to different standards, one-sided evaluation trend due to the influence of multiple factors, insufficient use of results due to low status, and inaccurate evaluation due to unscientific sample selection. At present, teaching performance evaluation should start from students’ evaluation of teaching which is the easiest for operation. The internal should be based on comprehensive and reasonable, scientific and optimized mechanism of students’ evaluation of teaching, and the external should be based on comprehensive planning, and the influence of students’ evaluation of teaching should be constantly expanded. Both internal and external factors should be considered to effectively improve the level of teaching performance evaluation.
