摘要 【目的】分析中国科学院科技期刊建设现状,并提出相应的发展建议,为打造世界一流科技期刊群提供参考。【方法】2019年6—9月,从一流期刊所必需的一流成果及办刊人等角度,采用问卷星系统针对中国科学院284种科技期刊进行问卷调查,共回收149份有效问卷。【结果】71。82%的中国科学院科技期刊年发文量在100篇以上,多数英文期刊已具备一定的国际影响力。大多数主编和编委对期刊起到了一定的作用,大多数期刊重视编委团队国际化、维系作者群以及完善审稿制度;编辑团队人数普遍较少。中国科学院期刊具备了集约化、集群化基础,拥有多样化传播渠道。【结论】酌情在扩大载文量、加快提升期刊国际影响力、加强办刊团队建设、建设世界级的期刊出版平台等方面加大力度,并考虑在优势学科上合理布局和出版语种的侧重,在中国科学院建设一批世界一流期刊并不是梦。 [Purposes]This paper aims to analyze the current situation of the construction of scientific journals sponsored by Chinese Academy of Sciences(CAS),and put forward corresponding development suggestions,so as to provide references for building a world-class scientific journal group.[Methods]From June to October 2019,a survey was conducted on 284 CAS scientific journals through Sojump questionnaire system.The questionnaire was about the quality and quantity of journal articles,the journal operation model,and the people who work for the journals,such as editors,editorial board members,authors,and reviewers.A total of 149 valid questionnaires were recovered.[Findings]A total of 71.82%journals publish more than 100 papers per year,and quite a few journals of English language have international influence.The editor-in-chief and editorial board members in most journals have played an important role in the development of scientific journals;most editors have realized the importance of the internationalization of editorial board,the maintenance of author group,and the improvement of manuscript review standards;and the editor team is generally small.CAS scientific journals have the foundation of clustering and intensification and diversified promotion strategy.[Conclusions]By expanding the amount of papers,improving the international influence,making full use of the editorial board,building a worldwide publishing platform,and additionally considering the superior disciplines in CAS,it is not just a dream to build a group of world-class journals in CAS.
