摘要
通过对4组共36个CRB600H钢筋与蒸压加气混凝土拔出试件进行中心拔出试验,研究锚固长度、有无横筋锚固、试件在模具中选取的位置等因素对CRB600H钢筋与蒸压加气混凝土试件的黏结性能的影响,并与1组9个HPB300钢筋蒸压加气混凝土试件的黏结强度进行对比。试验结果表明:随着锚固长度从160 mm增加到300 mm,极限荷载提高了约88%;有横筋锚固试件比无横筋锚固试件的极限黏结强度提高了约49%;CRB600H钢筋与蒸压加气混凝土的极限黏结强度比HPB300钢筋提高了约62%。为CRB600H钢筋与蒸压加气混凝土在实际应用中提供了理论依据。
Central pull out test was carried out on 4 groups of 36 CRB600H reinforced and autoclaved aerated concrete pull out specimens,the factors such as length of anchorage,anchorage with or without transverse reinforcement,and location of specimens selected in the mold affect the bonding and anchoring performance of CRB600H reinforced and autoclaved aerated concrete specimens were studied,and the bonding strength on a set of 9 HPB300 reinforced and concrete specimens was compared.Test results show that the ultimate load increased by about 88% as the anchorage length increased from 160 mm to 300 mm.The ultimate bond strength of the anchorage specimens with transverse reinforcement was increased by about 49%.The ultimate bond strength of CRB600H reinforced and autoclaved aerated concrete was about 62% higher than that of HPB300 reinforced.It provides theoretical basis for CRB600H reinforced and autoclaved aerated concrete in practical application.
