新型大孔隙生态混凝土力学性能多因素影响分析 被引量:7

摘要 通过研究不同胶凝材料的种类、不同孔隙率及集料配合比、不同灌浆料等因素,对新型大孔隙生态混凝土力学性能进行了多因素影响分析。结果表明:当胶凝材料中对试件强度提高最多的掺量分别是粉煤灰20%、硅灰6%、丁苯乳液10%,其中掺硅粉10%的试件强度提高幅度最大;当孔隙率由20%增加到30%时,试件强度由8.7 MPa降到了5.0 MPa,仍满足规范要求;集料粒径越小其试件强度越高,且多级配合比单一级配的强度高;胶凝材料的挂浆量与流动性和抗压强度有关,当流动度在110~120 mm之间时挂浆量较大,且试件的抗压强度随挂浆量的增大而提高。 It studies the factors of different kinds of cementitious materials,different porosity and aggregate ratio,and different grouting materials.The results showed that when the strength of specimens was increased by 20% fly ash,6% silica ash and 10% styrene-butadiene emulsion,the strength of specimens with 10% silica powder was increased by the greatest extent.When the porosity increased from 20% to 30%,the strength of specimen decreased from 8.7 MP a to 5.0 MPa,which still met the specification requirements.The smaller the size of the aggregate,the higher the strength of the specimen,and the higher the strength of the multistage proportion.The amount of suspended slurry of cementitious materials is related to the fluidity and compressive strength.When the fluidity is between 110 mm and120 mm,the amount of suspended slurry is relatively large,and the compressive strength of the specimen increases with the increase of suspended slurry.
