认知行为治疗在酒精依赖患者戒断治疗中的应用

Application of cognitive behavioral therapy(CBT)in withdrawal treatment of alcohol dependent patients

目的探究在进行酒精依赖综合征患者阶段治疗时应用认知行为治疗的效果,分析其临床应用价值。方法以2018年6月~2019年5月作为研究时段,录入该时段烟台市心理康复医院数据库中资料登记有效的100例酒精依赖综合征患者作为实验对象,按照随机分组法,记名为对照组与实验组两组,单组样本量为50。对照组患者采用常规精神科酒精戒断治疗,实验组患者则在常规治疗的基础上增加认知行为治疗,对两组患者治疗完成后的酒精戒断症状评定量表、患者SDS、SAS评分进行记录,分析组间差异。结果在本次研究结果中显示,实验组患者治疗总有效率相较于对照组明显更高,实验组总有效率明显优于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。同时实验组患者的各项评分值明显低于对照组,提示实验组患者的焦虑和抑郁酒精依赖综合征状,改善更为良好,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论在开展酒精依赖患者的阶段治疗时,选择认知行为治疗,配合常规治疗方案对患者病情进行控制,能够获得良好的治疗效果,具有较高的临床可用性,值得临床应用。

Objective To explore the effect of cognitive behavior therapy in the treatment of alcohol dependence syndrome and analyze its clinical application value.Methods A total of 100 patients with alcohol dependence syndrome who were registered in the database of our hospital during the study period from June 2018 to May 2019 were selected as experimental subjects.According to the random grouping method,they were assigned to the control group and the experimental group,and the sample size of a single group was 50.Patients in the control group received conventional psychiatric alcohol withdrawal treatment,while patients in the experimental group received cognitive behavioral therapy on the basis of conventional treatment.The alcohol withdrawal symptom rating scale,SDS and SAS scores of patients in the two groups were recorded after treatment,and the differences between the two groups were analyzed.Results In the results of this study,the total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The total effective rate of the experimental group significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).At the same time,the scores of the patients in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,suggesting that the anxiety and depression alcohol dependence syndrome of the patients in the experimental group improved better,with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion In the stage of the treatment of alcohol dependence patients,cognitive behavior therapy combined with the conventional treatment scheme can control the patients'condition,which can obtain good therapeutic effect,has high clinical availability and is worth promoting.
