智能技术视阈下“互联网+政务服务”研究

Research on “Internet + Government Services” from the Perspective of Intelligent Technology

立足智能技术与互联网+政务服务的融合,在阐释智能政务服务内涵的基础上,系统论证了智能条件下在线政务关系结构、互联网+政务服务与智能+政务服务的比较、互联网+与政务服务的结合机理、存在的问题与应对举措。研究提出,智能条件下的互联网+政务服务是互联网+政务服务的迭代升级,其精准性、与服务需求的匹配性大大增强,能大幅提升行政效能。通过创新技术,完善智能条件下互联网+政务服务的体制机制,加强顶层设计和系统构建等举措,可以有效解决困扰互联网+政务服务的问题。

Based on the integration of intelligent technology and internet + government service,with explaining the connotation of intelligent government service,this paper systematically demonstrates the relationship structure of online government affairs,the difference between Internet + government services and intelligent + government services,the combination mechanism,problems and countermeasures of internet + and government affairs service.The study puts forward that internet + government service under the intelligent condition is the iterative upgrade of internet + government service,the accuracy of internet + government service under the intelligent condition and their matching between the government services and the service demand are greatly enhanced,which can greatly improve the administrative efficiency.Through technology innovation and improvement of internet + government service under intelligent condition,the perplexing problems in internet + government service can be effectively solved.
