摘要
Hippo途径主要由丝/苏氨酸激酶MST1/2、LATS1/2以及转录共激活因子YAP组成,与细胞生长、存活、增殖、迁移,组织器官大小控制以及肿瘤的发生发展密切相关。铁死亡是一种以铁依赖的活性氧(reactive oxygen species,ROS)积累以及质膜多不饱和脂肪酸(polyunsaturated fatty acids,PUFAs)耗竭为特征的可调控的细胞死亡形式,由体内氧化–抗氧化体系失衡引起。该文以铁死亡为切入点,阐述了Hippo途径在不同细胞死亡类型中所起到的作用,为细胞命运的调控以及肿瘤的治疗提供思路。
Hippo pathway,which plays a critical role in cell growth,survival,proliferation,migration,organ size control and tumorigenesis,is primarily composed of two Serine/Threonine kinases,MST1/2 and LATS1/2,and the transcriptional coactivator YAP.Ferroptosis,triggered by the impairment of oxidant-antioxidant system,is an iron-dependent mode of regulated cell death characterized by the accumulation of ROS(reactive oxygen species)and plasma membrane PUFAs(polyunsaturated fatty acids)peroxidation.This paper makes a comprehensive overview of the correlation between Hippo pathway and cell death,especially ferroptosis,providing ideas for cell fate regulation and tumor treatment.
