Analysis of measles epidemic characteristics from 2014 to 2018 and prevention measures in Fengtai District,Beijing

摘要 目的分析2014-2018年北京市丰台区麻疹流行病学特征和规律,为实现消除麻疹目标提供依据。方法通过中国疾病预防控制信息系统的麻疹监测信息报告管理系统,收集2014-2018年北京市丰台区麻疹确诊病例,描述病例流行病学特征。结果2014-2018年期间北京市丰台区共发生麻疹病例确诊病例729例,年平均发病率6.29/10万。其中2014年发病率最高(15.79/10万),2018年发病率最低(0.26/10万);发病人群的年龄呈双峰分布,发病人群主要以1岁以下儿童和20~35岁青壮年为主;散居儿童、干部职员、家务及待业人群高发。结论2014-2018年北京市丰台区麻疹发病率逐年降低,近两年一直维持在较低的水平,说明现有麻疹防控策略有效,应保证现有防控政策落实到位,最终实现消除麻疹的目标。 Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics and rules of measles in Fengtai District of Beijing from 2014 to 2018,so as to provide an evidence for measles prevention.Methods Data of patients with measles in Fengtai District of Beijing from 2014 to 2018 were collected through National Disease Prevention and Control Information System.Descriptive epidemiological analysis was conducted on measles surveillance data.Results A total of 729 measles cases were reported and the average annual incidence was 6.29/100000,with the highest incidence in 2014(15.79/100000)and the lowest incidence in 2018(0.26/100000).The measles cases were mainly children under one years old and young adult aged 20~35 years old.And scattered children,cadres and household service had high incidence of measles.Conclusion The incidence of measles in Fengtai District of Beijing decreased year by year during 2014-2018,and has remained at a low level in the past two years,which indicates that current measles prevention and control strategies are effective.What we should do is to ensure the implementation of existing prevention and control policies in place in order to completely eliminate the measles.
