摘要
介绍了广州融创雪世界高区的荷载条件及特殊的建筑要求,针对其既是高层又是大跨重载结构的特点,结构设计选用了"四个落地筒+大跨桁架转换平台+钢格构柱+大跨钢屋盖"的结构体系。为解决倾斜滑道推力造成落地筒弯矩巨大这一关键问题,设计在落地筒顶部设置了先滑动后简支支座群,大幅减小了落地筒弯矩,提高了结构安全性;实测的支座滑移量与理论计算值吻合良好,验证了支座设计的合理性。分析结果表明,结构抗震性能良好,主要抗侧力构件均可满足设定的性能目标,结构设计是可行且安全的。
The load conditions and special building requirements in the high position zone of Guangzhou Sunac Snow Park were introduced.In view of its characteristics of high-rise and large-span and heavy-load structure,the structural system of four corewalls on ground+large-span truss conversion platform+steel lattice column+large-span steel roof was adopted.In order to solve the critical problem that the bending moment of the corewall caused by the thrust of the inclined race slide was huge,a series of bearings that become simply-supported bearings after sliding were designed at the top of two corewalls on ground,which significantly reduced the bending moment of the corewall and improved the safety of the structure.The measured bearing slip was in good agreement with that of the theoretical calculation,which verified the rationality of the bearing design.The analysis results show that the seismic performance of the structure is excellent,and the main anti-lateral force components can meet the set performance target,and the structural design is feasible and safe.
