宁波地区农房抗震能力现状调查与思考

Investigation and reflection on current situation of seismic performance of rural houses in Ningbo area

随着宁波市区抗震设防烈度的提高,城区住房的抗震要求不断增加,但宁波农村地区自建房的抗震性能问题仍未引起重视。通过乡村实地走访,对宁波市1329套农村自建房进行问卷调查,获得了结构类型、楼板形式、墙体材料和房屋使用情况等数据。对调查区域的自然村点位分布、调查要求、调查内容进行介绍,分析了宁波地区房屋改造、结构类型、传统预制楼板、墙体黏土砖、施工情况等对农房抗震性能的影响,并对调查结论进行了简单介绍,对宁波地区农房抗震能力调查的改进工作提出建议。

With the improvement of seismic fortification intensity in Ningbo area,the seismic performance of urban houses has been increased.However,the seismic performance of self-built houses in rural areas of Ningbo has not yet attracted much attention.Through field visits in the countryside,1329 self-built rural houses in Ningbo were investigated by questionnaires to obtain the data of structural type,floor type,wall material and housing use condition.The location distribution,investigation requirements and investigation contents of natural villages in the investigation area were introduced,and the influences of housing renovation,structural types,traditional prefabricated floors,wall clay bricks and construction conditions on the seismic performance of rural houses in Ningbo area were analyzed,and the conclusions of the investigation were briefly introduced.Finally,some suggestions were put forward for improving the investigation of seismic performance of rural houses in Ningbo area.
