“5S”管理模式在皮肤科护理管理中的应用研究

Application of"5S"Management Model in Dermatology Nursing Management

目的研究皮肤科护理管理采取“5S”管理模式的应用效果。方法选取2018年8月—2019年9月皮肤科门诊患者126例,数字随机表法分为观察组和对照组,每组63例,对照组采取常规管理模式,观察组实施“5S”管理模式,对比两组护理质量、生活质量、护理满意度。结果观察组护理服务态度评分、服务主动性评分、沟通能力评分、卫生消毒评分均优于对照组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者躯体健康评分、心理健康评分、物质生活评分、社会功能评分、护理满意度(95.24%)均优于对照组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论“5S”管理模式应用于皮肤科护理管理中效果良好,可有效提升护理质量。

Objective To study the application effect of"5S"management mode in dermatological nursing management.Methods A total of 126 dermatology outpatients were selected from August 2018 to September 2019.The digital random table method was divided into observation group and control group,with 63 cases in each group.The control group adopted the conventional management mode,and the observation group implemented"5S"management model,comparing the two groups of nursing quality,quality of life,and nursing satisfaction.Results The observation group's nursing service attitude score,service initiative score,communication ability score,sanitation disinfection score was better than the control group in the observation group,and the comparison was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The physical health score,mental health score,material life score,social function score,and nursing satisfaction(95.24%)of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the comparison was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The"5S"management mode has a good effect in the management of dermatology care,can effectively improve the quality of care.
