上海市某社区2型糖尿病控制现状调查

Investigation of Type 2 Diabetes Control in a Community in Shanghai

目的调查上海市嘉定区该社区2型糖尿病控制现状。方法在该社区选择888例老年2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,通过问卷调查、查阅病历和电子临床检验系统等方法收集信息,以2017年版《中国2型糖尿病防治指南》为标准评价患者糖尿病控制状况。结果患者年龄(69.61±6.86)岁,BMI(29.91±3.72)kg/m^2,HbA1C(7.24±1.41)%,HbA1c达标率30.86%,血压达标率20.16%,TG达标率38.29%,HDL-C达标率23.87%,LDL-C达标率22.75%,TC达标率24.21%。结论嘉定区该社区2型糖尿病患者控制现状与指南比较还有很大差距,仍需进一步努力改善现状。

Objective To investigate the status of type 2 diabetes control in a community in Jiading District,Shanghai.Methods A total of 888 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes were selected as the research object in a community.Information was collected through questionnaires,review of cases,and electronic clinical testing systems.The 2017 version of the China Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes was used as the standard to evaluate patients'diabetes control status.Results The patients were(69.61±6.86)years old,BMI(29.91±3.72)kg/m^2,HbA1c(7.24±1.41)%,HbA1c compliance rate of 30.86%,blood pressure compliance rate of 20.16%,TG compliance rate of 38.29%,and HDL-C compliance rate was 23.87%,the LDL-C compliance rate was 22.75%,and the TC compliance rate was 24.21%.Conclusion There is still a big gap between the current status of type 2 diabetes control and guidelines in a community in Jiading District,and further efforts are needed to improve the status.
