加强质量控制管理对临床免疫检验结果的影响研究

Study on the Impact of Strengthening Quality Control Management on the Results of Clinical Immunoassay

目的分析加强临床免疫检验质量控制管理对检验结果准确度的影响。方法将2018年9月—2019年9月于该院行免疫检验且符合纳入标准的142例患者纳入该次研究,按照入院顺序不同将患者分为研究组和对照组,各71例,对照组以常规模式管理,研究组则在对照组基础上加强检验质量控制管理,比较管理成效。结果加强临床免疫检验质量控制管理后,研究组癌胚抗原、甲胎蛋白、促甲状腺激素以及肿瘤标志物指标的变异指数较对照组显著减少(P<0.05)。结论临床免疫检验中加强质量控制管理有助于提高检验结果准确度,为临床病情诊疗提供了可靠参考。

Objective To analyze the impact of strengthening the quality control management of clinical immunoassay on the accuracy of test results.Methods A total of 142 patients who underwent immunological tests in the hospital from September 2018 to September 2019 and met the inclusion criteria were included in this study.The patients were divided into study group and control group according to the order of admission,with 71 cases each.The control group was managed in the conventional mode,while the research group strengthened the inspection quality control management based on the control group and compared the management effectiveness.Results After strengthening the quality control management of clinical immunoassay,the variation index of carcinoembryonic antigen,alpha-fetoprotein,thyroid stimulating hormone and tumor markers in the study group was significantly reduced compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening the quality control management in clinical immunoassay is helpful to improve the accuracy of the test results and provides a reliable reference for the diagnosis and treatment of clinical conditions.It is worth promoting.
