现代医养结合型养老院中老人对养老院的期望与需求分析

An Analysis of the Expectations and Demands of the Elderly in the Nursing Homes in the Modern Nursing Homes

目的分析总结现代医养结合型养老院中老人对养老院的期望与需求为改进养老院养老服务提供依据。方法回顾性分析针对该市某所现代医养结合型养老院中80名老人的调查研究报告,了解老人对养老院的期望与需求。结果调查结果显示,仅有9名老人对医养结合型养老院提供的服务感到较为满意,71名老人对医养结合型养老院目前提供的服务感到并不满意,不满意的内容主要体现为以下几点:老人认为医养结合型养老院中“医养结合”不紧密,养老院中房间拥挤,外出无陪同,未感受到被关爱、被需要及饮食条件不符合老人要求,也反映出老人对养老院具有建立紧密“医养结合”、为其提供舒适的病房环境、他人陪同外出和在院里进行娱乐活动、被关爱、被需要和体现自我价值以及改善养老院饮食条件等需求,根据老人需求制定有效的服务方案干预后,老年对医养结合型养老院服务工作满意度评分显著高于干预前,前后对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论现代医养结合型养老院中老人对养老院提供服务的满意度并不高,需要养老院全面收集和分析老人对养老院的期望和服务需求,提高其对养老院护理服务工作的满意度。

Objective To analyze and summarize the expectations and needs of elderly people in modern nursing and nursing homes,provide services for the improvement of nursing home services.Methods A retrospective analysis of a survey report on 80 elderly people in a modern integrated nursing home in the city was conducted to understand the expectations and needs of the elderly in the nursing home.Results The survey results showed that only 9 elderly people were more satisfied with the services provided by the combined medical and nursing homes,and 71 elderly people were not satisfied with the services provided by the combined medical and nursing homes,with a few points:the elderly think that the combination of medical care and nursing homes was not close.The rooms in the nursing homes were crowded and unaccompanied when they go out.They do not feel that they are being cared for,needed,and eating conditions that do not meet the requirements of the elderly.It has the needs to establish a close"medical and nursing integration",provide them with a comfortable ward environment,accompany others to go out and perform recreational activities in the hospital,be cared for,need and reflect their self-worth,and improve the dietary conditions of the nursing home.After the intervention of the service plan,the elderly's job satisfaction score for the combination of nursing and nursing homes was significantly higher than before the intervention,and the comparison was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The elderly in modern integrated nursing homes are not very satisfied with the services provided by the nursing homes.Necessary to collect and analyze the expectations and service needs of the elderly in the nursing homes in order to increase their satisfaction with the nursing care work.
