摘要
目的探讨常规健康教育联合自我管理教育对血液透析的患者影响。方法选取2018年4月—2019年3月期间在该院行血液透析的42例患者作为该次研究的对象,按照单双数的形式将研究对象分为两组:实验组和对照组,每组21例。对照组行常规健康教育,实验组在常规健康教育的基础上加用自我管理教育,对比两组的干预后的血液透析相关知识认知度评分、自我管理能力、平均超滤量、体重及血压。结果实验组的相关知识认知度评分、自我管理能力比例、平均超滤量、平均体重、舒张压、收缩压均优于对照组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论常规健康教育联合自我管理教育提高了血液透析患者的相关知识认知度、患者血压体重得到改善,自我管理能力得到提升。
Objective To explore the effect of routine health education combined with self-management education on patients with hemodialysis.Methods Forty-two patients who underwent hemodialysis in the hospital from April 2018 to March 2019 were selected as the subjects of this study.The subjects were divided into two groups according to odd and even numbers:experimental group and control group.There were 21 members in each group.The control group received routine health education,and the experimental group added self-management education to the routine health education,and compared the two groups'intervention hemodialysis-related knowledge recognition scores,self-management ability,average ultrafiltration volume,weight,and blood pressure.Results The experimental group's related knowledge cognition score,self-management ability ratio,average ultrafiltration volume,average body weight,diastolic blood pressure,and systolic blood pressure were all better than those of the control group,the comparison differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Routine health education combined with self-management education improves the related knowledge and awareness of hemodialysis patients,improves their blood pressure and weight,and improves their self-management ability.
