抗菌药物分级管理制度在西药房抗菌药物管理中应用观察

Observation on the Application of Antibacterial Drug Classification Management System in the Management of Antibacterial Drugs in Western Pharmacies

目的探析抗菌药物分级管理制度应用到西药病房抗菌药物管理的实践效果及其价值。方法选取该院2015年1月—2017年1月3429例使用抗菌药物但未实施药物分级管理制度的病历,再选取2017年2月—2019年1月3741例使用抗菌药物且实施药物分级管理制度的病历,对比分析实施前后的药物使用情况。结果实施后抗菌药物使用率、人均使用频次、人均抗菌药物费用均明显低于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论西药房实施抗菌药物分级管理制度可提升抗菌药物处方的审查力度,降低广谱抗菌药物的使用频率,保证且提高使用抗菌药物的合理性,可减少抗菌药物失范使用情况的发生。

Objective To analyze the practical effect and value of antibacterial drug management system applied to western medicine ward.Methods Select 3429 cases in the hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 using antibacterial drugs but did not implement the drug classification management system,then select 3741 cases using antibacterial drugs from February 2017 to January 2019 and implement drug classification management system,comparative analysis of drug use before and after implementation.Results The antibacterial use rate,frequency of use per capita,and per capita cost of antibacterials were significantly lower than those before implementation,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of antibacterial drug classification management system in western pharmacies can improve the review of antibacterial drug prescriptions,reduce the frequency of use of broad-spectrum antibacterial drugs,ensure and improve the rationality of using antibacterial drugs,and reduce the occurrence of antibacterial antibacterial use.
