摘要 目的探讨CBL联合O2O混合式教学模式在中西医结合皮肤病学中的应用效果。方法选取湖北中医药大学附属湖北省中西医结合医院进行临床理论学习的大四学生51名作为研究对象,随机数字表分为对照组和观察组,对照组25名,采用传统教学模式,观察组26名,采用以案例为中心的教学法(CBL)联合线上线下教学(O2O)混合式教学模式。比较学生学习成绩情况及学生对教学满意度情况。结果经过考试结果测评,观察组学生成绩显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组学生对教学满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将CBL联合O2O混合式教学模式应用在中西医结合皮肤病学教学中,可显著提高学生的学习积极性,提升学习效率,教师可更好地引导学生学习,显著增加教学满意度,值得推广应用。 Objective To explore the application effect of CBL combined with O2O mixed teaching mode in Dermatology of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine.Methods 51 senior students from Hubei University of Traditional Chinese Medicine affiliated to Hubei Province Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital for clinical theoretical study were selected as the research objects.The random number table was divided into the control group and the observation group,and the control group was 25 and the observation group of 26,using a case-centered teaching method(CBL)combined online and offline teaching(O2O)mixed teaching mode.Compare students'academic performance and students'satisfaction with teaching.Results The results of the students in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the students in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group in teaching(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of CBL and O2O mixed teaching mode in"Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Dermatology"can significantly improve students'learning enthusiasm and improve learning efficiency.Teachers can better guide students to learn and significantly increase teaching satisfaction.
