摘要
目的观察标准化患者(SP)在感染科临床护理带教中的应用效果。方法选取2015年1月—2019年3月实习护生76名,按照随机抽签法分组,各38名。对照组采用传统带教方法,观察组采用SP带教方法。比较两组实习护生带教实习前后焦虑程度(HAMA评分)、护理知识评分、技能操作书面考核标准评分以及实际操作评分。结果带教实习后,观察组实习护生HAMA评分为(5.29±1.03)分,与对照组实习护生(9.04±1.14)分对比,观察组HAMA评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);带教实习后,观察组实习护生护理知识评分、技能操作书面考核标准评分以及实际操作评分,与对照组实习护生对比,观察组各项考核评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论SP应用于感染科临床护理带教中,可降低实习护生焦虑、恐惧感,提高实习护生护理操作水平。
Objective To observe the application effect of standardized patients(SP)in clinical nursing teaching of infectious diseases department.Methods A total of 76 internship nursing students from January 2015 to March 2019 were selected and grouped according to the random drawing method,with 38 cases each.The control group used the traditional teaching method,and the observation group used the SP teaching method.The anxiety degree(HAMA score),nursing knowledge score,written skill assessment standard score and actual operation score of the two groups of internship nurses before and after internship were compared.Results After teaching practice,the HAMA score of the internship nursing students in the observation group was(5.29±1.03)points,compared with the(9.04±1.14)points of the internary nursing students in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After the teaching practice,the observation group's nursing knowledge scores,written skills assessment standard scores,and actual operation scores of the observation group were compared with the control group's internship students,higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of SP in clinical nursing teaching of infectious diseases can reduce the anxiety and fear of internship nursing students and improve the nursing operation level of internship nursing students.
