摘要
目的研究产科护理实习带教中采用PBL和LBL教学法的应用效果。方法以2017年6月—2018年12月在该院产科实习的86名护士作为研究对象,研究对象随机分配,联合组(n=43)进行PBL联合LBL教学法教学,对照组(n=43)进行LBL教学法教学,对比两组不同教学方法教学效果。结果联合组实习护士出科考试成绩、知识理解能力、文献查阅能力、文献评估能力、临床思维能力、综述能力、护理前沿把握能力、护理前沿展望能力、护理问题解决能力等分数均比对照组高(P<0.01);联合组实习护士教学方法总满意率为95.35%,对照组实习护士教学方法总满意率为60.47%,联合组结果明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论PBL联合LBL教学法能显著提高学生的学习能力和综合素质,激发学生的创造力,在妇产科护理实习带教中有积极意义。
Objective To study the application effect of PBL and LBL teaching methods in obstetrics nursing practice teaching.Methods Eighty-six nurses who practiced obstetrics in the hospital from June 2017 to December 2018 were taken as the research subjects.The research subjects were randomly assigned.The combined group(n=43)was taught by the PBL combined LBL teaching method,and the control group(n=43)adopted LBL teaching method and compare the teaching effect of two different teaching methods.Results The scores of the examinations,knowledge comprehension ability,literature review ability,literature assessment ability,clinical thinking ability,review ability,nursing frontier grasping ability,nursing forward thinking ability,and nursing problem solving ability of the internship nurses in the joint group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01);the total satisfaction rate of the teaching methods of the practice nurses in the combined group was 95.35%,and the total satisfaction rate of the teaching methods of the practice nurses in the control group was 60.47%,and the results of the combined group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion PBL combined with LBL teaching method can significantly improve the learning ability and comprehensive quality of students,stimulate students'creativity,and has positive significance in the teaching of obstetrics and gynecology nursing practice.
