责任制带教模式在重症监护室实习护生带教中的价值体会

The Value of Responsibility Teaching Mode in the Teaching of Internship Nursing Students in Intensive Care Unit

目的探讨责任制带教模式在重症监护室实习护生带教中的应用价值。方法选取2018年1月—2019年12月在该院重症监护室参加实习的护生144名,按照数字法随机分成实验组和参照组,实验组采取责任制带教模式,参照组采取常规带教模式,对比两组理论考试、实践考试和综合素质考核的得分以及对带教模式、带教护士、教学内容的满意度。结果实验组理论考试、实践考试和综合素质考核的得分均高于参照组;实验组对带教模式、带教护士、教学内容的满意度均高于参照组,对比两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将责任制带教模式用于重症监护室实习护生的教学中,显著提高了教学效率,提高了实习护生的护理知识和护理技能掌握水平,并获得了护生对带教模式、带教护士以及带教内容的较高满意度。

Objective To explore the application value of the responsibility-based teaching model in teaching internship nursing students in intensive care units.Methods A total of 144 nursing students who participated in the intensive care unit of our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were randomly divided into experimental group and reference group according to the digital method.The experimental group adopted the model of accountability teaching,and the reference group adopted the conventional teaching mode,comparing the scores of the theoretical test,practical test,and comprehensive quality assessment with two groups,and the satisfaction with the teaching mode,teaching nurse,and teaching content.Results The experimental group's theoretical test,practical test,and comprehensive quality assessment scores were higher than the reference group;the experimental group's satisfaction with the teaching mode,teaching nurse,and teaching content were higher than the reference group,and the differences between the two groups were compared,being statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The responsibility-based teaching model is used in the teaching of internship nursing students in intensive care units,which significantly improves the teaching efficiency,improves the level of nursing knowledge and nursing skills of the internship nursing students,and has obtained the nursing students'teaching mode and guidance,with higher satisfaction with teaching nurses and teaching content.
