摘要
目的试析泌尿外科临床教学中角色互换教学模式的应用效果。方法取自2016年1月—2018年11月该院泌尿外科91名实习生为研究对象,依据不同的教学方法将其分为观察组46名,对比组45名,观察组予以角色互换教学模式进行临床带教,对比组予以常规临床带教模式带教,对比两组理论及技能操作考试成绩,自主学习能力与教学满意度评分;以及考试成绩优良率。结果观察组理论及技能操作考试成绩与对比组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组自主学习能力,教学满意度评分与对比组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组优良率为91%,对比组优良率为82%,观察组与对比组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对泌尿外科临床教学中应用角色互换教学模式带教,能有效提升教学质量,提高学生理论成绩以及技能操作水平,提升学生对教学模式的满意度,增加学生学习兴趣。
Objective To analyze the application effect of role exchange teaching mode in clinical teaching of urology.Methods From January 2016 to November 2018,91 cases of urology intern in our hospital were taken as the research object.According to different teaching methods,they were divided into observation group 46 cases,comparison group 45 cases,and the observation group was given role exchange.The teaching mode was used for clinical teaching,and the comparison group was taught using conventional clinical teaching mode.The two groups were compared with the theoretical and skill operation test scores,the autonomous learning ability and the teaching satisfaction score;and the excellent test scores.Results There was a statistically significant difference between the observation group's theoretical and skill operation test results and the comparison group(P<0.05);the observation group's autonomous learning ability,teaching satisfaction scores were statistically significantly different from the comparison group(P<0.05);the excellent rate of the observation group was 91%,and the excellent and good rate of the comparison group was 82%.There was a statistically significant difference between the observation group and the comparison group(P<0.05).Conclusion Teaching the application of role exchange teaching mode in clinical teaching of urology can effectively improve teaching quality,improve students'theoretical performance and skill operation level,increase student satisfaction with teaching mode,increase student learning interest.
