摘要 悬挂式单轨轨道梁集承重与走行机构功能于一身。以某悬挂式单轨试验线轨道梁为工程背景,在结构设计基础上采用对比分析的方法,研究伸缩装置作用并借鉴目前已有的伸缩装置形式,提出3种选型结构,分别探讨3种结构在梁上的设计方案,并详细讨论每种方案的优缺点。通过试验线现场安装调试和实车动态实测,结果表明:从生产工艺、安装、耐久性和工程造价方面来看,跨缝板和梳齿板方案略优,从行车舒适性和噪声水平方面看,无缝伸缩缝方案更好。本文为悬挂式单轨伸缩装置的选型与设计提供了验证与参考依据,未来还应紧密结合运营线的反馈情况,对其做进一步优化,满足悬挂式空轨桥梁建设的需要。 Suspended monorail rail beam integrates the functions of load-bearing and running mechanism. Taking the track beam of a suspended monorail test line as the engineering background and adopting the method of comparative analysis on the basis of structural design, this paper studies the function of the expansion device and puts forward three types of structures by referring to the existing expansion devices. The design schemes of the three structures on the beam are discussed respectively, and the advantages and disadvantages of each scheme are addressed. Field installation and debugging of the test line and dynamic measurement of the real vehicle show that from the aspects of production technology, installation, durability and engineering cost, the schemed of cross seam plate and comb plate are slightly better;and from the aspects of driving comfort and noise level, the seamless expansion joint scheme is much better. This paper provides a validation and reference basis for the selection and design of the suspended monorail expansion device. In the future, the device should be further optimized to meet the needs of the suspended air-rail bridge construction by closely combining the feedback of the operation lines.
