摘要 为增强工艺知识的重用性,提高工艺规划的柔性和动态适应性,提出基于时间向量和矩阵的多工序加工系统工艺路线重组建模与优化方法。通过分析多工序的共同作用因素及工序间复杂的耦合关系,构建了基于简单插入操作的惩罚时间矩阵、换刀时间向量、定位时间向量、装夹时间向量、旋转时间向量和加工时间矩阵。在此基础上,以非切削加工时间和空闲时间最小为目标,建立了多工序加工系统工艺路线重组模型,设计了工艺路线整数线性优化重组算法。通过汽车发动机缸盖加工工艺优化重组,验证了该模型和优化算法的有效性。 To enhance the reusability of process knowledge and improve the flexibility and adaptability of process planning, the modeling and optimization method of process route reconfiguration in multi-stage machining system based on time vector and matrix was proposed. By analyzing the co-action factors of all processes and the complex coupling relations between adjacent processes, the penalty time matrix, tool changing time vector, positioning time vector, clamping time vector, rotation time vector and machining time matrix based on simple insertion operation were constructed. On this basis, the process route reconfiguration model of the multi-stage machining system was established with the aim of minimum non-cutting time and idle time, and the integer linear optimization algorithm was designed. The validity of the model and optimization algorithm was verified by the process route reconfiguration of cylinder heads.
