隧道初支喷射混凝土超耗原因分析及降耗措施研究

摘要 目前隧道初支混凝土施工普遍采用喷射混凝土方法,研究表明喷射混凝土超耗对隧道施工成本影响巨大,因此隧道工程喷射混凝土超方量控制是每个隧道施工企业都会面临的重要难题。本文依托桂林至柳城高速公路段在建隧道施工工程,研究隧道工程初支施工中影响喷射混凝土损耗的主要因素,并结合相关试验提出具体降耗措施。以期为工程应用提供参考。 At present,shotcrete is widely used in the construction of the initial support concrete of the tunnel.The research shows that the over consumption of shotcrete has a great impact on the construction cost of the tunnel.Therefore,the control of the over volume of Shotcrete in the tunnel engineering is an important problem that every tunnel construction enterprise will face.Based on the tunnel construction project under construction in Guilin Liucheng expressway,this paper studies the main factors influencing the loss of Shotcrete in the initial support construction of the tunnel project,and puts forward specific measures to reduce the loss combined with relevant tests.In order to provide reference for engineering application.
