摘要
超高层或大跨度建筑结构多采用钢与混凝土组合形式,研究表明结构核心区的型钢与密集的柱筋、纵横梁筋相互交错,施工极为困难。传统的施工方法一般采用在型钢上加肋开孔、焊接直螺纹套筒、开口箍筋后焊接、混凝土柱加腋等方法,其存在的问题是削弱型钢刚度、增加断面尺寸、影响使用功能。我司承接的合肥市高新区文化服务中心工程,结构形式为框架结构箍筋为外封闭箍+内八角箍,梁柱核心区十分复杂,是施工的主要难题。为此,项目技术人员对梁柱核心区的构件节点、钢筋配置与连接、模板配置与支设等展开了技术攻关设计,采用BIM技术深化设计、钢筋搭桥连接等综合施工技术解决了梁柱核心区施工难度大、质量难以控制的问题,为该类问题的解决提供了参考。
Super high-rise or long-span building structures mostly use a combination of steel and concrete.Studies have shown that the steel in the core area of the structure is intertwined with dense column bars and vertical and horizontal beam bars,making construction extremely difficult.The traditional construction method generally adopts methods such as adding ribs and openings on the section steel,welding straight threaded sleeves,welding after opening stirrups,and adding axils to the concrete columns.The cultural service center project of the Hefei High-tech Zone undertaken by our company has a structural form of frame structure stirrups,which are outer closed hoop+inner octagonal hoop.The core area of beam and column is very complicated,which is the main problem of construction.To this end,the project technicians carried out technical research on component nodes,reinforcement configuration and connection,formwork configuration and support of the core area of the beam and column,and adopted comprehensive construction technologies such as BIM technology deepening design and reinforcement bridge connection to solve the beam and column core.The problems of difficult construction and difficult quality control in the district provide a reference for solving these problems.
