摘要
本文针对某过渡导轨滑架变形问题,通过数值模拟方法对过渡导轨传动系统进行分析计算,以此校核过渡导轨强度是否满足使用要求,同时对过渡导轨滑架变形问题进行故障定位、机理分析。在此基础上,制定改进措施,结果表明该验证改进方案可满足工程使用要求。
In order to solve the problem of the deformation of a transition guideway carriage,this paper analyzes and calculates the transmission system of the transition guide rail by means of numerical simulation,check whether the strength of transition guide rail meets the use requirements,at the same time the fault location and mechanism analysis are carried out for the deformation of the transition guide rail.On this basis,develop improvement measures,the results show that the improved scheme can meet the engineering requirements.
