基于汽车座椅及头枕新规的试验研究与改进措施

Experimental Research and Improvement Measures Based on New Regulations of Car Seat and Headrest

本文对汽车座椅及头枕新旧标准进行对比分析,以某乘用车座椅及头枕为分析对象,按照国家市场监督管理总局、中国国家标准化管理委员会新发布的国家强制性标准法规要求进行各项试验研究。根据试验结果,分析了其有关影响因素,提出了对应改进方案,在此基础上对新方案进行了试验验证。以期为工程师在产品设计和试验结果分析上提供参考。

This article compares and analyzes the new and old standards for car seats and headrests,taking a passenger car seat and headrest as the analysis objects,in accordance with the new national mandatory standards and regulations issued by the State Administration of Market Supervision and Administration and the China National Standardization Administration Various experimental studies.According to the test results,the related influencing factors are analyzed,and corresponding improvement schemes are proposed.On this basis,the new schemes are tested and verified.With a view to providing reference for engineers in product design and analysis of test results.
