抽水蓄能电站工程施工安全管理体系评价研究

Study on the Evaluation of Safety Management System in the Construction Stage of Pumped Storage Power Station

本文以Q抽水蓄能电站建设工程的安全管理作为研究对象,采用层次分析法确定了各级评价指标的权重,并利用模糊综合评价法,对Q抽水蓄能电站工程施工阶段安全管理体系进行评价。本文是对抽水蓄能电站作为新型发电站后有关其安全管理问题进行的一种探索,为后续抽水蓄能电站建设施工过程中的安全问题研究提供参考。

In this paper,the safety management of Q pumped storage power station construction project is taken as the research object,the weight of each evaluation index is determined by AHP,and the safety management system of Q pumped storage power station construction stage is evaluated by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.This paper is an exploration on the safety management of the pumped storage power station as a new type of power station,which provides a reference for the subsequent study of the safety problems in the construction process of the pumped storage power station.
